I’m a mum-of-three & stocked up on Easter eggs… trolls say I got way too much as I filled the trolley but I don’t care
A MUM went to her local supermarket to pick up some Easter goodies for her kids.
Lauren Rolls, a mum-of-three shared the giant haul of Easter Eggs she picked up in Asda, but it seemed not everybody was thrilled by the haul.
But many claimed the mum had gone overboard[/caption]Taking to TikTok, Lauren decided to film her shopping trip to Asda and posted it to her TikTok account @laurenrollsxx.
While she only went in to get Easter Eggs, the mum found quite a few bits in the clothing section that she couldn’t leave behind.
The mum said: “Come to Asda to get Easter eggs with me!”
Lauren first found a bargain deal of four Easter Eggs for 310 and she put many in her trolley.
She bagged two of each flavour including Malteser eggs, M&M ones, Crème Egg and Crunchie.
Next, Lauren found some Peppa Pig and Hey Duggee eggs on sale for two for £2 so nabbed one of each.
For Easter eggs she also picked up a Cadbury egg which came with a Peter Rabbit toy, four white chocolate button eggs, and two Milky Bar eggs.
And the mum wasn’t finished yet, she also picked up two giant Kinder Surprise eggs, Reese peanut butter eggs, Malteser bunnies. and two little chick hot chocolate melt
Still making her way through the Easter egg aisle, Lauren found a deal on their more luxurious eggs which were two for £8.
She picked up two Daim bar eggs, two Mini Egg ones, and two Freddo Easter eggs.
Finally, the mum moved away from the chocolate and headed to the clothing aisle and she was blown away by the boys clothes.
She picked up two sets of three T-shirts for £10, Sonic swimming shorts and a top, a Sonic tracksuit with shorts and a jumper, and a Pokémon jumper.
To finish Lauren picked up some food essentials like onions and carrots but her trolley was practically full with Easter treats and chocolate.
The video has since gone viral with over 680k views and over 46k likes.
Hundreds of people took to the comments section of the video to share their thoughts, with many claiming the mum had bought too much.
One person wrote: “Why so many Easter eggs?”
Another commented: “Some one with plenty of money.”
Wow that’s a lot of eggs are they for your family?” penned a third.
Lauren joked: “All for me, I’m a chocoholic.”
Meanwhile, a fourth added: “How much did all this cost?”
“GEEZ that’s a lot,” claimed a fifth.
