‘Happy Hour’ concept not encouragement for laziness – Akwa Ibom senator-elect

The senator-elect for Akwa Ibom South Senatorial district, Dr. Ekong Sampson, has said that the idea behind ‘Happy Hour’ as propounded by the state governor-elect, Pst Umo Eno, was not in any way an encouragement for laziness and indolence, but for those who work hard and need a rest. Recalled that the ‘Happy Hour’ proposition
