Scrubs stars look completely different as they reunite 13 years after show
SCRUBS stars left fans elated after their “awesome” reunion – with many claiming they “haven’t aged a day.”
The medical sitcom with a huge dose of heart and iconic cast aired its finale 13 years ago.
Yet warring on-screen exes Dr Perry Cox and Jordan Sullivan, played by John C McGinley and Christa Miller, have delighted viewers with a recent catch up.
John captured the pair enjoying a hug in a cafe in a snap he captioned: “Does not get any better!”
He could be seen wearing a green top and black baseball cap while Christa looked stylish in a blue check shirt and scarf.
They beamed for their happy snap, which led one fan to comment: “This rules.”
Another wrote: “You guys still look great. And you made everyone laugh again just by looking at that picture.”
A third put: “This is awesome.”
One then confessed: “I’m in the middle of a Scrubs re-watch and neither of you have aged a day.”
Before Scrubs fame, John enjoyed an impressive career with roles in Point Break, Office Space and Wall Street, among others.
Since hanging up his scrubs he’s starred in Burn Notice and the TV shows Chicago PD and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
John has one son, Max, with his first wife Lauren Lambert. They divorced in 2001.
Max has Down’s syndrome and his dad has worked tirelessly to raise awareness of the condition, serving on the board of the Global Down Syndrome Foundation and as a celebrity ambassador for the National Down Syndrome Society.
The star married yoga instructor Nichole Kessler in 2007, and welcomed two daughters, Billie and Kate.
Meanwhile Christa is married to Scrubs’ producer Bill Lawrence, but stood out in her own right as Dr. Cox’s ex-wife Jordan.
She already had roles in Seinfeld and The Drew Carey Show before she appeared on her husband’s sitcom.
Christa also appeared in another of Bill’s creations, Cougar Town.
The mum-of-three often shares photos with her husband and kids on Instagram and has also remained close to co-star Zach Braff.
