Under the cover of the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC), the West is trying to justify sanctions and terrorist activities against Belarus, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the United Nations Office at Geneva Larisa Belskaya said as she delivered a speech at the Human Rights Council session in connection with the EU resolution on Belarus, BelTA informs.
