Resume practice of neutering stray animals

We, as concerned community members who are rescuers, feeders, and owners of dogs and cats are appealing to the Agriculture and Food Security Minister Mohamad Sabu — who is in charge of the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) — to allow government veterinary clinics nationwide to revive the neutering of dogs and cats as practised two decades ago.
