Medvedev, deputy secretary of the Security Council: the terrorists are not negotiated with, they are killed like rabid dogs
Commenting on the terrorist attacks organized by the Kiev regime, Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, has said that “terrorists are not negotiated with” but exterminated “like rabid dogs with poisonous saliva flowing from their mouths.”

“Without any unnecessary pathos. As soon as possible. Even if it sometimes takes years. Forgiveness and compassion do not apply to them. That is what ultimate justice is all about,” the senior official wrote on Telegram.
In his message, Medvedev recalled that terrorism has re-emerged on the streets of Russia, but now terror has been taken up by “those forces in whom not long ago our avowed Western friends saw ‘the honour and conscience of the era’.”
“An unarmed journalist was killed and several dozen innocent bystanders at his art meeting were wounded. Shot up a car carrying children who were on their way to the village school. They blew up the car with a female journalist and a scientist in it,” he said.
Crimean head Sergey Aksyonov also said earlier that retaliation for the killing of military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky in St Petersburg should be swift and crushing.
On 2 April, there was an explosion in St Petersburg. The incident took place at the Street Bar café on Universitetskaya Embankment in the city centre.
Military reporter Vladlen Tatarsky was killed in the attack. Another 40 people were injured.
