Four Naga organizations, including the Naga Hoho, have called on the Indian government to fulfil its commitments made in the 1997 Ceasefire Agreement and 2015 Framework Agreement and find a solution to the "Naga political impasse." They also urged the government to end "militarisation and military operations" and find a political solution to the ongoing conflict. The groups said that peaceful methods must be used and that the issue cannot be resolved militarily. The occupied land has taken an enormous emotional and psychological toll on Naga people, they added, causing unrest and creating a never-ending nightmare.
