Frankie then says to fans: “This counts as a talent right?” as she tries the move herself.
The mum-of-two donned a white crop top and green leggings while showing off her toned physique as she attempted the move in her huge lounge.
And it was a success, with the star squatting down to touch her bum onto the can in an impressive move.
Frankie’s son tried it too, and fans were impressed by the duo.
The Loose Women star’s trick comes after she wowed her followers by stripping to her bra in a bid to show off her new clothing line.
Frankie took to Instagram to share a clip showing off some looks from the collection from her brand F W Bridge.
Former The Saturdays singer Frankie showed off her enviable figure in just her bra and a printed skirt, before adding a chunky roll neck jumper.
Fans have been left seriously impressed by the Loose Women star’s latest drop.
Rushing to comment, one wrote: “In love with this collection.”
Someone else said: “Love your new collection.”
And a third added: “God damn girl stop now. Stunning. X.”
It comes after Frankie hit back at “toxic” mum-shamers.
She and husband Wayne Bridge, 42, share two sons Parker, nine, and seven-year-old Carter.
“I’m reluctant to talk about parenting on social media. Instagram can be a really judgemental place and you’ll always find someone that has something to say, and that’s the one thing that really hurts me when people criticise,” Frankie said.
She added to Hello magazine: “It starts when you’re pregnant. There’s such a toxic amount of opinion, and I think it’s really sad because it often comes from women.
“It’s frustrating because everyone’s just trying to do their best. Every child is different. We’ve all had different upbringings, so we approach things differently.
“It’s weird that people think they have a right to have an opinion, and I think it’s really sad but I don’t see it changing.”
