I’m 5’ 10” – I did a plus-size spring haul from Shein, people say the dresses are ‘gorgeous’
A CURVY creator has shared her haul from Shein, including “gorgeous” dresses for a spring wedding.
The plus-size influencer modeled the various stylish looks for her followers.
TikTok user Brittney (@simply.brittneyy) explained: “I’m so excited because it’s wedding season coming up, I got a few dresses and I’m hoping that they work.”
For her first look of the video, the TikToker tried on an $8 black cartoon graphic drawstring hoodie.
“I really like the back of it. It says positive vibes I believe. I do feel like it’s obviously a little cheaply made. I would suggest sizing up. I sized up to a 4X, I really like it, I think it’s so fun,” she said.
Brittney also showed her followers a $7 black letter graphic pullover with thermal lining.
“This next one is so cute, it says wife life. I love it, again I sized up. And who doesn’t love the color black?” she told viewers.
For her next look, the content creator modeled a pair of $8 black flare leg pants.
Before trying on the Shein item, Brittney explained: “I’m really nervous because they’re pants and I’m really tall. They’re supposed to be leggings but the bell bottom ones, the nice long ones.”
Modeling the pants, the influencer said: “I’m five-foot-10 and these fit really well.
“I got these pants for the purpose of going and getting pedicures because I always wear leggings or jeans and they just don’t go up because I’m plus-size,” she detailed.
Brittney concluded: “I like a pair of pants I can just roll up and throw some boots on so that’s the purpose of these. They’re so cute actually, they’re a hit.”
The TikTok user also showed her followers a $17 floral print cold shoulder belted dress with a split thigh detail.
She told viewers: “My dad actually picked this one out. I texted him and he liked this one of the most and he actually didn’t do me dirty.
“It’s so cute, I love it. it has a little belt but I like it without the belt. I love off-the-shoulder. This one is giving me all the spring vibes,” Brittney added.
For her final look, the TikToker modeled a $17 cold shoulder high split hem floral dress.
“This one is also very flattering, I love off-the-shoulder. I think it’s so cute it’s not on the ground and it’s not too short. It’s got a slit and it’s super cute,” she said.
