D.C. appeals court rejects Trump's bid to block special counsel from interviewing top aides
Donald Trump may be having a bad day, but that doesn't mean he can't have a worse one. A three-judge panel of the Washington, D.C., Circuit Court of Appeals has tossed a Trump emergency motion asking the court to block some of his top aides from having to testify in special counsel Jack Smith's probe of Donald Trump's attempted coup.
