Liberals hope that a victory for Milwaukee County Judge Janet Protasiewicz will see the court restore abortion rights, strike down the GOP's gerrymandered election maps, protect the right to vote, and safeguard the integrity of the 2024 elections, while conservatives are counting on former Justice Daniel Kelly to do the opposite.
