One woman shared her intense booty workout that left people inspired to try it themselves.
Niki Zoumpouli (@nikizoub) is a fit mom who often shares her workout routines on TikTok to motivate other busy women like herself to squeeze in a few minutes of exercise each day.
Knowing what it’s like to experience all the changes that pregnancy brings to your body, Niki has shared videos that reveal her transformation from a weak mom bod to a ripped strong one.
One of her most notable features is her perky, toned bum that she often flaunts in fitted leggings or biker shorts.
In a video, she revealed what she does to achieve that look.
“POV: You discovered a workout that destroys your glutes in 30 minutes,” she wrote.
Tapping her butt and legs to relieve herself of the soreness before beginning her reps, Niki proved it takes discipline to look this good.
The first move she performs is sumo squats, which she does for 30 seconds while holding a heavy dumbbell.
Next, she moves on to step ups. Still holding the weight, she steps up onto a platform and back down for 30 seconds.
Her third move is jump squats, which she also does for 30 seconds.
And her final one is a single leg glute bridge – also done for 30 seconds.
She said to repeat those steps four times, and your whole lower body will be on fire.
