Jaya Bachchan had told in a 2008 interview to friends and ace designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla that she never wanted her husband and megastar Amitabh Bachchan to host TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati. She stated that she felt it would be a wrong decision for such a big star.
