Athletes from Belarus, Russia, France to open 2023 cycling season in Brest

The event will feature 270 cyclists, from those born in 2010 to professional and retired athletes. Traditionally the race features the country's best athletes – regional teams, the team of the National Olympic Training Center and the national team.
