I’m a cowgirl – girls who don’t ride horses act hard but scrawny butts don’t scare me, I lift feed bags bigger than them
A COWGIRL has shown that she can be a tough little cookie when she needs to be.
She felt compelled to post to her TikTok after some strange encounters with gals from outside the equine world.
She said some gals try to act tough around her[/caption]Triumph Horses (@triumphhorses) explained that some young women were acting hard around her.
She described the situation in a post on her platform.
As she spoke from her horse yard, her trusty steed stood patiently beside her.
It had a matching halter and lead rope in bright neon colors: “She only wears pink,” she admitted.
But those from outside the equine world didn’t quite get it.
“Non-horse girls sort of are weird to me,” she confessed.
“Because they act so tough and they’re like, ‘I could totally beat you up.’”
This lady, however, was not easily intimidated.
“I’m like, ma’am, 1300 lbs of psychopath gray mare tests my patience every day.”
She made clear that it is she who’s in control, and not her mare.
“And guess what? She loses every time.”
Her lighter opponents did not alarm her either.
“You think you’re 115 lbs scrawny but scares me?” she asked.
Hell no.
“Honey, I lift feed bags bigger than you,” she said with some swagger.
“Just saying.”
Her post was hugely popular, with over 251,000 likes and thousands of comments.
Many came from horse owners, who totally related to her post.
But this equine fan offered a moderated response: “Not all non-horse girls are the same. There are those that wish they were horse girls.”
Finally, this horse fan offered her perspective: “I have a Shire. Horse women are the real deal and we can handle our own,” she said.
