Kyle Rittenhouse Defends Convicted Murderer Daniel Perry
Kyle Rittenhouse appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight to defend Texas Gov. Greg Abbot's efforts to pardon convicted murderer Daniel Perry. Abbot cited the state's 'Stand your Ground' laws, even though that's exactly what Perry's victim, Garrett Foster, was doing when Perry drove into a group of protesters during a Black Lives Matter protest in 2020.
Foster was legally openly carrying an AK-47, which is legal in Texas, the night he died. Interestingly, Kyle Rittenhouse was open carrying, too, in Kenosha when he opened fire on protesters, killing two and injuring a third individual. But Kyle made out on Tucker's show that Foster's gun was scary, so Perry had every right to kill him.
"I can only imagine [what he's feeling]," Rittenhouse told Carlson. "He's probably sitting there wondering what happened. He defended himself. He knows what he did was right."
"I see a lot of reports just saying that he fired indiscriminately into a crowd, and he drove into a bunch of rioters," he added. "They don't want to talk about how his car was swarmed with a bunch of rioters trying to attack him."
