Vionnet resurrected thanks to the owner of Borsalino and an Emirati fund

ChimHaeres, a new joint-venture company created by private equity firm Chimera Abu Dhabi and by Haeres Equita, owned by Borsalino's majority shareholder Philippe Camperio, has bought the Fogal, Vionnet and Zagato brands.
