A Place In The Sun buyer forced to take break after going ‘weak at the knees’ during property tour
A PLACE IN THE SUN buyer had to stop looking for a home after becoming “weak at the knees” during a property search.
The Channel 4 show returned with Lee Juggurnauth assisting house buyers find their dream home abroad.
Couple, Mark and Prriya were on the hunt for their second home in the Greek island of Crete, with a budget of £300,000.
They wanted plenty of living room for their big family and a minimum of three-bedrooms.
Lee showed the couple around the breath-taking Greek island and showed them five properties, all of which seemed to impress them.
Each property continued getting better and better, and Mark was in awe at the numerous homes and described them as “spellbinding,” “gorgeous,” and “amazing.”
But it was the fifth house that really got Mark going, as he became emotionally overwhelmed.
The house buyer said he was” speechless” and “weak at the knees” after seeing his dream property.
He said: “Okay, I finally really am speechless. I think that is a view to die for. And look at that pool. This is the goosebumps moment for me. I’m going a bit weak at the knees, I am actually going a bit weak at the knees.”
Afterwards, in order to gather himself, he had to take a break from the house tour.
Soon after, the couple decided to make an offer on the property for £270,000.
The offer got rejected, and the house owners put in a counter offer of £298,000 – but the pair came back with £288,000 which got accepted.
Mark and Prriya were overjoyed to have found their dream home on the beautiful Greek island of Crete.
