Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who has been busy promoting her upcoming film ‘Shaakuntalam’, has announced on Twitter that she is unwell, with a fever and lost voice due to the hectic schedules. The film is set to release on April 14 in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.
