Harry will attend Charles’s coronation but without Meghan and the kids
Prince Harry will come to King Charles’s coronation next month – but his wife Meghan Markle and their two children will stay at home in California.
Buckingham Palace finally announced the news today following months of speculation over whether the couple would fly to London for the historic day.
The visit could be the first time the Duke of Sussex has seen his family since making explosive claims in his memoir Spare.
He made a surprise appearance in the UK at the end of March for a High Court battle, but it’s unknown whether he reunited with dad Charles or brother Prince William while in the capital.
A statement from the Palace released today said: ‘Buckingham Palace is pleased to confirm that the Duke of Sussex will attend the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey on 6th May.
‘The Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.’
