YOU definitely have the reflexes of a hero if you can spot the drowning child in the pool before it’s too late.

The worrying video aims to show how easy it is to miss a child drowning in a busy swimming pool.

The clip shows the pool filled with swimmers- many of them on blue inflatable rings.

Meanwhile, if you pay close attention, a child can be seen struggling in the water trying to catch a breath.

The young boy keeps bouncing in and out of the water reaching his arms over his head.

At some point, he gets close to another boy on an inflatable ring but he is unable to grab it.

A lifeguard can be seen running to his rescue while the second boy is also struggling to stay above the water and starts to drown.

A second lifeguard can be seen jumping into the water.

Both children are then escorted to safety.

The footage was shared by Lifeguard Rescue on TikTok with users admiring the lifeguards’ quick reflexes.

One said: “Life guard probs saw them and was watching as that’s what we do. We spot, monitor and then if required go get them.”

Another one said: “I love how they blow there whistles to let people know there coming in and to move its so smart.”
