UN announces 674 mln USD humanitarian response plan for Chad

UNITED NATIONS, April 12 (Xinhua) -- UN humanitarians launched a 674 million U.S. dollar relief plan on Wednesday to help 4.4 million people in Chad, one of the world's poorest countries.
