Reds activate Nick Senzel from IL to make season debut

The Cincinnati Reds returned center fielder Nick Senzel from a rehabilitation assignment and reinstated him from the 10-day injured list before Thursday's game against the visiting Philadelphia Phillies.

Outfielder Will Benson was optioned to Triple-A Louisville in a corresponding roster move.
