The ED said that Danics officer Arvind said in his recorded statement that he was called to the residence of Kejriwal by his boss Sisodia where he was handed over the “draft GoM” report, the new excise policy that was allegedly tweaked to benefit the liquor cartel. Besides Sisodia, former health minister Satyender Jain, who too is in jail, was also present at the CM’s residence, the ED claims.
