Tamil Nadu BJP President K Annamalai has accused a Japanese company of channelling INR2bn ($27m) in kickbacks through two shell firms to Chief Minister M K Stalin for the DMK's 2011 election fund. Stalin has denied the claim as baseless and a political stunt by the opposition party, adding that legal action would be taken.
