Ireland’s Abigail Lyle and the twelve-year-old Fabregas gelding Farrell scored an international personal best of 70.326%, as a combination, for fourth place in the Grand Prix class, at the three-star show in Tolbert, The Netherlands. The Irish Field Dressage Rider of the Year had two in the top eleven scoring 67.522% with her second horse Giraldo. It proved to be a good day for Irish Olympian Judy Reynolds as she achieved the 2023 FEI Dressage European Championship qualification standard with two horses, Faisao and For Fun 51. Reynolds scored 68.608% with the thirteen-year-old Lusitano gelding Faisao, owned by Qatari international rider Wejdan Majed A M Al Malki, for eighth place. Judy and For Fun 51 completed on 66.174% in eighteenth place.
