The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has increased the prize money for domestic tournaments. Ranji Trophy winners will now receive Rs 5 crore while Irani Cup prize money has been doubled to Rs 50 lakh. The runners-up in the Irani Cup will get Rs 25 lakh from now on. The prize money for the Duleep Trophy, the Vijay Hazare Trophy, the Deodhar Trophy, the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, and the Senior Women's One Day Trophy have also been increased.
