Mets call up top prospect and third baseman Brett Baty for Monday's game against the L.A. Dodgers

Baty made his MLB debut on August 17 in an away 9-7 win against the Atlanta Braves. He hit a home run in his first at-bat, becoming only the fifth Mets player to homer in his first major-league at bat.
