Toddler dies ‘after falling ill while in bath’
Balloons and flowers were left outside the home where the two-year-old was found.

A two-year-old boy has died after he reportedly fell ill in the bath at a home in West Yorkshire.
Emergency services attended the scene on Bassenthwaite Walk in Knottingley at around 6.45pm yesterday.
The toddler was rushed to hospital, but could not be saved and was pronounced dead soon after arrival.
Forensic officers were later seen outside the house, where flowers and balloons had been tied to a fence.
West Yorkshire Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances around the incident, and have not made any arrests.
In a statement, a spokesman for the force said: ‘Police were called at 6.45pm last night (Monday, 17 April) to a report of a concern for safety for a two-year-old child.
‘The child was taken to hospital by ambulance where he was later pronounced deceased.
‘Enquiries are being carried out to establish the full circumstances.’

They added: ‘The incident is being treated as a sudden death in childhood and we ask that people consider the family and respect their privacy at what is clearly a very difficult time for them.’
