Dipali Das (26), the daughter of slain minister Naba Kisore Das who was among the richest MLAs in Odisha, does not own any jewellery or a car, revealed her affidavit submitted along with her nomination paper on Tuesday for Jharsuguda byelection, scheduled on May 10.
