Coroner's inquest hears 911 calls connected to man later beaten by Vancouver police

A coroner's inquest has heard from a man and a neighbour whose 911 calls prompted the police response that ended in the beating death of an unarmed man in Burnaby, B.C., nearly eight years ago.
