Duanesburg man sentenced for negligent homicide

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The suspect connected to the death of Kentish Bennett was sentenced for criminally negligent homicide. Jason Seminary will spend two to four years in prison.

Police say Bennett passed away from injuries sustained in a physical altercation on December 23, 2021. Seminary was initially arrested by the Rotterdam Police Department, and charged with second-degree manslaughter.
