The Lowdown:
Rhodes is famous as the island of the sun, located NE  of Crete and SE of Athens. It is well known for its historical old town, small  villages, sandy & rocky  beaches, thermal springs, and orange & lemon  groves. Besides this, Rhodes is also one of the islands with the most  reliable winds in the Mediterranean. Theologos is windy every day.

Conditions and when to go:
Suitable for all skill levels! The Meltemi is the prevailing wind, which is strongest between June and September. Light side-on winds from the SW in the mornings, whereas during midday, with an increasing thermal, advanced windsurfers and wave riders to enjoy themselves. The season starts in April and ends in October.

Local spots:
The west coast of the island has the same  conditions. Theologos has besides nice conditions to windsurf, lots of surrounding attractions, day or night, making for unforgettable holidays.
