Carol Vorderman shows off her abs in plunging crop top and hot pants for workout
COUNTDOWN legend Carol Vorderman looked stunning as she worked up a sweat in the South African sun.
The 62 year old dazzled in a plunging crop top as she flashed her toned stomach to her adoring followers.
Carol shared the clip from her time in isolation before entering the new ITV series I’m A Celebrity… South Africa.
The flesh-coloured outfit blended in with her skin as she struck up a variety of poses as she enjoyed her workout mixed with a little bit of dancing on her balcony.
TV favourite Carol has been gearing up to the launch of the brand new series by sharing a variety of clips and images from her time in isolation before the show.
She will be starring on the show alongside a variety of other famous faces who are returning to the jungle once again in a bid to be crowned the first ever I’m A Celeb legend.
This Morning regular Carol will be put through her paces on the show and her workout regime will prove essential in order to take on the terrifying challenges that the show throws at her.
Carol has been staying at a luxury hut in South Africa in order to relax before getting up close and personal with the critters in camp.
In her lavish open plan hut she was able to chill out in the hot-tub and enjoy stunning views of a lake from her porch.
The gym-bunny was treated to her very own work-out equipment including a bench press and weights.
She showed off her bedroom with a huge king-sized bed.
It lead to a walk-in shower room with pristine finishings.
Calling the experience “extraordinary,” Carol revealed: “A beautiful journey to our isolation in Kruger National Park. I saw zebras, giraffes, water buffalos, nyala (?), hippos and soo many other amazing animals, it was extraordinary.”
Carol’s update comes after it was revealed that she’ll join Helen Flanagan and Amir Khan as they’re forced to walk the plank and balance on huge red balls suspended some 840 m – 2,760 ft – in the air.
It’s the highest trial in the show’s 21 year history.
The death-defying challenges are just some of the horrifying moments that the all-star group will face.
An ITV source said: “If the celebrities think they learned some tricks of the trade in Australia, they are in for a shock.
“This series includes the highest ever trial of any series.”
