A FEMALE firefighter has revealed the impressive way she multi-tasks while working out.
The first responder demonstrated how she used her own children as part of her exercise routine.
The fitness fanatic demonstrated to her viewers how she uses her children to help stay in shape[/caption]TikTok user Amanda Leigh (@a.r.leigh) took her followers along with her on her daily gym session.
In the caption of her video, the 35-year-old explained: “Sharing my passion with my kids is by far my favorite.”
The influencer shared: “I often get asked ‘How do you have time for fitness while managing a full-time career and being a full-time mama?'”
Amanda revealed that incorporating her kids into her everyday workout routine has worked for her when striking a balance between her work and her duties as a parent.
“Here’s how. I make them a part of my world,” she said as she showed clips of her helping her kids exercise.
The TikToker can also be seen using her children as resistance weights, including placing them on her back while doing push-ups and carrying out squats and lunges with them on her shoulders.
“They enjoy it while still getting to spend time with me,” Amanda added.
She also pointed out: “It encourages healthy lifestyle habits for them.”
The TikToker also pointed out that the setup allows her to “stay sane” by keeping her “outlet.”
