Shots-fired incident under investigation in Bristol
Police are investigating a shooting incident in Bristol on Monday afternoon.
The Bristol Police Department responded to Summer Street for reports of a gunshot around 12:47 p.m. Anonymous callers said they witnessed one man shooting one round at another man. No description was given for either man, according to police.
One bullet shell casing was found in the area, police said. Police did not locate any victims, property damage or additional evidence of a shooting.
A white minivan or SUV fled the scene immediately after the shooting, according to police.
