[Women's Golf] Reaves, Cobb earn KCAC Women's Golf Scholar-Athlete honors

WICHITA, Kan. – Friends University senior Deane Reaves (SR/Rio Rancho, N.M. ) and sophomore Mackenzie Cobb (SO/Frisco, Texas) have each received KCAC Women's Golf Scholar-Athlete honors, the league office announced today (Apr. 24).

The award is sponsored by Barnes & Noble College, the official campus bookstore and course material provider of the KCAC.

To qualify for this award, the student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing, maintaining a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average, have attended one full year at the KCAC institution, and be listed on the eligibility certificate for the sport.

The Falcons are currently competing in the KCAC Championship this week, starting today through Wednesday (Apr. 26) at the Mariah Hills Golf Course in Dodge City, Kan.
