Military involvement inadequate to curb insurgency in N/East – IT expert

The Executive Director of the Centre for Information Technology and Development, Dr Yunusa Ya’u, on Thursday, said for the war on insurgency to be won, tactics should move from the usual military engagement to civilian involvement. Ya’u made this disclosure during a media presentation of a book on Boko Haram titled, “Community Perceptions of Dialogue
