The seed fund was founded by Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN) with support from Google.org and Asian Development Bank to enable local organizations developing solutions for sustainable practices and combating the effects of climate change across APAC, be it heat waves, rising sea levels or loss of biodiversity. AVPN is one of the largest social investor networks in Asia-Pacific.
