I’m in the ‘big biddie’ boob committee but ditching my bra – here’s my trick to feel comfy without being self-conscious
A BUSTY woman whose boobs “are her personality” has challenged herself to go braless for a week to see if she can last throughout summer.
Content creator Vanessa is “self-conscious” about how much her boobs jiggle but wants to “free the nip” ahead of the summer months.
Due to her bigger bust, the 24-year-old knows just how uncomfortable a bra can feel against sweaty skin – particularly if it is wired or too tight.
She wears a 30DDD and struggles to squeeze her boobs into dainty tops.
In a video on her TikTok account under @vaninileon, Vanessa generously shared her strategy for going braless in summer.
She said: “I wanna go braless for at least one week because I cannot do bras in the summer.
“But honestly, with every cute top, they’re visible.
“So my strategy is I will wear very tight tops – so that I get some sort of support – and something loose over the top of it.
“I’m very self-conscious about the size and amount of jiggling of my boobs.”
Vanessa, who is currently a student, dubs her profile on the popular video sharing app as a “safe space”.
Her bio states that she is trying to help other women “fall in love with their melons”.
The profile is flooded with boob-positive content and tips and tricks to make life easier for bustier women.
Among her helpful videos are how to apply boob tape to bigger breasts, how to make sure you’re wearing the right bra size and and how to do star jumps with “bouncy boobs”.
Vanessa is originally from Lund, Sweden but is currently in Jordan, as per her Instagram bio.
When questioned whether she will suffer with underboob sweat not wearing a bra in summer, she clapped back with a hilarious response.
She comically responded in a video: “Who needs enemies when you can have boob sweat, right?
“My strategy will be just choosing my tops wisely.”
Vanessa demonstrated how to wear a double layered top to stop boob sweat showing on your top.
She tucked the under-layer of the top under her boobs to “collect the sweat” and pulled the outer-layer from underneath her boobs so that the top could sit normally against her body.
