The owner has put something like £2 billion in to them since taking over. It's a massive amount.
And that is just the known amounts. Given that Etihad and Abu Dhabi tourism and other Abu Dhabi owned businesses pat a lot to sponsor them it's almost impossible to know what the 'true' figure is. That is when the sponsors actually pay the sponsorship rather than the owners paying it.
Add to that many of the costs that go through the City Sporting Group subsidise Man City (Lampard was being paid by New York City when he played for Man City)
The amounts being put in are astronomical.
The whole thing is set up to be as opaque as possible to avoid scrutiny and the rules.
I don't think there are public records of the amount Abu Dhabi has actually put in to the various football clubs, but it would be a surprise if it is not more than the public accounts suggest.
