Earlier this week, Cadwell and team made news with Soundly’s announcement of a product it calls Ask Soundly. The software, currently in beta, leverages OpenAI’s super-popular ChatGPT technology to enable customers to use the chatbot to ask questions about hearing health and hearing aids.
