Larry Kudlow on Thursday's edition of 'Special Report' on FOX News said Mary Daly, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, is more interested in climate change than keeping track of regional bank failures. Kudlow said there is "corruption" in the San Francisco Fed and it needs to be investigated by Congress.
