Businessman admits to helping with bribe in Toledo City Council scandal

A Toledo businessman admitted in federal court Thursday afternoon to helping a convenience-store owner bribe former Toledo City Councilman Tyrone Riley in exchange for his vote in favor of a zoning permit for the other man’s business.
