Dreams realized as 20 embrace American citizenship

CATAWBA ISLAND, Ohio — With the oath of citizenship, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the singing of the national anthem, 20 people from 14 different countries became American citizens Thursday and Ohio became their permanent home.
