State-owned NHPC Ltd, THDC India Ltd, North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) Ltd and SJVN Ltd will sign the agreements with the state, said people aware of the matter. Five of these projects are those that were owned by private companies but were cancelled by the state because they could not be completed.
