Good Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid hits back at unspeakably rude comment after she was pictured in zebra-print dress
GOOD Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid has hit back at an unspeakably rude comment after being pictured in a zebra-print dress.
The TV star, 52, recently stunned in a pink and red patterned dress while attending the Not Forgotten Association’s annual garden party at Buckingham Palace.
Susanna completed her glam look with hair down and shades as she was spotted strolling along.
But despite beaming from ear to ear, one cruel troll decided to write: “Don’t know what she’s so confident about seeing as she is a unit.”
Luckily Susanna saw the funnier side, and clapped back: “I hope you are as confident about yours as I am about mine,” followed by a tongue out emoji.
Despite one rude comment, others complimented the GMB star on her stunning look.
Replying to some of her fans, Susanna assured them: “My rule is – never look in the comments if you are liable to take offence – otherwise dive right in for the sheer fun of it!”
She also penned: “I actually find the comments amusing and take no harm from them.”
It comes a day after Susanna was left in hysterics after co-presenter Martin Lewis made a racy innuendo on GMB.
Money expert Martin had been testing viewers on their maths to celebrate national numeracy day.
Telling viewers they’d get the answer after the break, Susanna said: “We’ll bring you an update on whether it is better value – will you get more pizza – with your 15-inch for a tenner or two ten-inches for a tenner.”
Martin added: “Yes, which do you prefer? A 15-inch or two ten-inches?”
The racy joke had Susanna giggling on air before they threw to a commercial break.
