M3M plans to bring in Rs 600 crore in revenue from Phase 1 of its "M3M City of Dreams" development in Panipat. The project, which spans 350 acres, offers a variety of amenities, including retail, residential, offices, service apartments, and all of M3M's projects launched prior to 2019 are already delivered and construction is underway on the rest. M3M has 30 million square feet of space in its portfolio.
