Congress was on Friday busy readying the list of ministers who would take oath with chief minister Siddaramaiah and his deputy DK Shivakumar at a grand function in Bengaluru on Saturday. Most ministers are likely to take oath on Saturday, but an expansion of the ministry is expected before the monsoon session of the state assembly, according to Congress insiders. Portfolio allocation is unlikely to happen by the weekend.
