U.S. dollar steady as debt ceiling talks resume

NEW YORK, May 22 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar showed little change on Monday as debt ceiling talks between U.S. President Joe Biden and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy are set to resume.
